In 2018, the client purchased a fence LED screen from Unilumin, which remained highly reliable after four years of use. Therefore, when expanding their new venue, they directly partnered with us again for solutions— a testament to their trust in the Unilumin brand. As an end-user client, both venues in this project are newly built and part of their invested SamElyon Health & Green City hot spring resort hotel. The first national-level event held after screen installation is the Bulgaria National Cup Basketball Tournament, and the venue is applying for FIBA authorization, positioning it as one of Bulgaria's top-tier facilities. Planned in March 2023, the project required a full set of sports event display systems, including fence screens, grandstand screens, scoreboards, advertising screens, and timing/scoring control systems. Shipment was completed by the end of 2023, but due to slow venue construction, screen installation only began at the end of 2024. Throughout this period, our pre-sales GTM team (including Unilumin and Unilumin Sports GTM) repeatedly revised project drawings based on evolving user needs, while Anton, a technical expert from the Unilumin Sports team, provided full guidance for timing/scoring system installation and debugging— ensuring flawless event delivery. The end-user expressed great satisfaction and gratitude for our support. Spanning over two years, the sales team and GTM engaged with the client across multiple touchpoints, deeply understanding their needs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, and ultimately achieving client satisfaction.
